With the Redwood experience, you can now simultaneously send emails and text messages to multiple candidates from candidate pools, job applications, prospects, events, and search pages. Use the “Send Message” option from the “More Actions” menu on these pages to send bulk messages efficiently. You can use Generative AI to draft a message or choose a template from the content library. Additionally, you can insert tokens into the email subject, body, and SMS text.

👉🏻 Messaging Enhancements: Configure notifications for candidate replies to automated emails.

You now have the option to send certain automated email notifications from a no-reply email address instead of a vanity email. This is particularly helpful when using the capture message feature in the Recruiting Content Library, which, by default, sends emails from a vanity email ID.
