Hello I’m Mohana,

This is my space to share insights on Leadership, Artificial Intelligence, Oracle Cloud, Digital Transformation and Career Growth – drawn from my two decades of hands-on experience in technology, consulting, and people development.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA in IT Management from the University of Leicester. I am an Oracle ACE Associate and a UKOUG Leader of the Year 2026 – Bronze Award recipient, recognized for my contributions to leadership, innovation, and the Oracle community.

With over 20 years of deep Techno-Functional expertise, I bring a unique blend of ERP solutioning, global project leadership, and people development across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM ecosystems.

As a Certified Oracle Professional, I have led the design, implementation, customization, and optimization of enterprise-wide HCM solutions for clients across India, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Mexico, China, and Australia, delivering tangible impact through scalable, future-ready systems.

Currently serving as Chief Projects Officer at Kovaion Consulting, I am responsible for driving large-scale digital transformation projects, establishing project governance frameworks, and ensuring strategic alignment across portfolios. I lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex Oracle Cloud implementations on time and within budget while continuously innovating delivery practices.

I am passionate about building high-performing teams. I have personally mentored and trained numerous consultants developing their technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, and integration tools. I believe in nurturing well-rounded professionals who can think strategically and execute with precision.

Whether it’s delivering high-impact HCM solutions, scaling delivery operations, or empowering the next generation of consultants, I strive to bring vision, value, and velocity to every engagement.

Beyond my professional career, I am passionate about mentoring future leaders, empowering women in technology, and giving back to the community. I actively support educational and community initiatives and serve as a Trustee and Outreach Manager for Watford Tamil Sangam. I believe that leadership is not just about achieving results, but about creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.
