Have you ever shared an idea that felt completely clear to you, but made no sense to someone else?

You explain it.

Then explain it again.

More context.

More logic.

More proof.

And still, they do not see what you see.

There is an old analogy about a frog that has lived its entire life in a pond.

Tell it about the ocean, its depth, scale and endless horizon and it will naturally try to understand it through the only world it knows.

The pond.

Not because it lacks intelligence.

𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿.

Our experience often creates the boundaries of what we can imagine.

Leadership can feel the same.

A new idea, bold ambition or different way of thinking may not make sense to everyone at first.

And that is okay.

Listen to feedback.

Question your assumptions.

Stay open to better ideas.

But do not spend so much time explaining your vision that you eventually begin questioning it yourself.

Not every vision needs universal understanding.

Not every idea needs universal approval.

Some ideas are understood only after they are built.

Some paths become clear only after someone has the courage to walk them.

So choose carefully whose perspective you allow to define your possibilities.

Not everyone needs to see what you see before you move forward.

Listen with humility.

Think with clarity.

And when the vision still feels right, keep going.
