“Fear”
“Said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.
And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river cannot go back.
Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.”

Transformation, whether in business or life, can feel overwhelming. Like a river approaching the ocean, we often fear losing ourselves in the unknown. But true growth happens when we take the leap, because the river doesn’t disappear, it becomes something greater.
Business transformations – whether adopting AI, migrating to a new system, or reshaping strategy – can feel uncertain. But resisting change isn’t an option. Growth happens when we move forward, adapt, and evolve. If you’re navigating change in your business, remember: fear fades when you take the first step.
I love transformation. It’s not about losing who we are – it’s about becoming something more. If you’re stepping into something new, trust the process. The best version of you is on the other side of change.
