You are not alone. Extending Redwood applications with VB Studio in Oracle Cloud HCM can seem overwhelming at first, but with the right steps, it becomes much easier. Here is how you can get started.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀
✅ Application Administrator – ORA_FND_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
✅ HCM Application Administrator – ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
✅ Synchronization Enabled Administrator Identity – ORA_SYNC_ENABLED_ADMINISTRATOR_ABSTRACT

Option 1: Direct Access via Page Settings (Most commonly used for quick edits)
1️⃣ Navigate to the Fusion instance and open the page you want to modify.
2️⃣ Click the Settings icon >select Edit Page in Visual Builder.
3️⃣ The page will open directly in Visual Builder Studio, where you can make the necessary modifications.

Option 2: Access via Navigator Menu (For Initial Setup)
This method is typically used when setting up VBS for the first time or accessing project configurations:
1️⃣ In your Cloud Application TEST pod, click on the Navigator icon > Configuration > click Visual Builder.
2️⃣You will be directed to the VBS admin interface, where you can manage and configure your projects.

Express Mode: Ideal for quick, functional customizations (functional administrators).
Advanced Mode: Perfect for more in-depth, technical enhancements (technical developers).

Once changes are made, publish them to reflect in your environment.
