✅ Guided Journeys are now available on the Redwood Pending Workers Page, making onboarding even smoother.
✅ Business Rules now support Redwood Embedded Application Tasks, giving you more flexibility to customize tasks in Journeys.
✅ Privacy boost! Religion, Ethnicity, Disability Status, and Disability Reason fields are now masked on read-only Redwood pages.
✅ A warning message now appears before deleting data on Redwood Personal Info pages – no more accidental deletions.

🔹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
✅ The Learning app for workers has been renamed Learning and Development. While the features remain the same, this change aligns with Oracle’s evolving learning ecosystem.

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗢𝗥𝗖)
✅ Google Workspace Integration for Interviews makes scheduling seamless.

✅ Redwood UI Update: Easily create calendar meeting invites for performance review meetings.

✅ You can add absences directly from the employee calendar – managing leave just got easier.

✅ Search for a bank (using branch identifier / sort code) directly from the Personal Payment Method Page with the new Redwood experience.
✅ Redwood UI for Tax Proof Verification & Approval simplifies document validation.
✅ Bill submission for allowance tax exemption is now available in Redwood for a smoother claims process.
