𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝘁

Success is often credited to brilliance, confidence, or talent.
But when life gets messy, those alone don’t carry us through.

What really makes the difference is:
𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁 = 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘅 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

I recently had the chance of witnessing a team that showed me what grit looks like in action.

There were tough days. Even worse days.
Deadlines shifted. Pressure mounted. Energy ran low.

Yet they showed up – not for recognition or titles.
But for the goal, the team, the purpose.

When one stumbled, another lifted them.
When energy was low, patience stepped in.
When hope was thin, resilience kept them moving.
That’s grit.

Not the glamorous moments when things are easy.
But the unseen persistence when things are hard.

To me, grit means:
👉 Staying steady when excitement fades.
👉 Choosing consistency over quick wins.
👉 Carrying others while carrying the weight yourself.
👉 Enduring when the finish line feels far away.

As Angela Duckworth beautifully said:
✨ “Enthusiasm is common. Endurance is rare.”
