I attended an excellent deep-dive session delivered by the Oracle CoE team on the new Manager Concierge Agent, and the possibilities are truly exciting.

The Manager Concierge is designed as a multi-agent system, introduced from 25D:
👨✈️ Supervisor Agent: Interprets manager intent, routes queries to the right specialist agent, and orchestrates a cohesive, contextual conversation.
👩💼 Worker Agents, each operating as a domain expert:
• Compensation Advisor
• Leave & Absence
• Talent / Performance
• Employment Details
The supervisor prompt defines:
✔️ Clear roles & responsibilities
✔️ Worker agent scopes and boundaries
✔️ Hallucination prevention rules
✔️ Formatting and response guidelines
Example – Compensation Worker Agent: Uses Oracle business objects such as: current salary, additional compensation, one-time payments, stock/equity, and salary history.
Its prompt defines:
• Role → Compensation specialist
• Responsibilities → Provide compensation insights for any team member
• Tool usage → When to use each object
• Output → Structured response returned to the supervisor
What Managers Can Now Do: All through a single conversational interface in the AI chat UI:
🔹 Compensation Insights: “Show me Matt’s total compensation for this year.” → Returns a full compensation snapshot to support reviews and discussions.
🔹 Talent & Performance: “What’s Matt’s latest rating and peer feedback?” → Provides rating, peer comments, and competency analysis.

→ Shows past usage, upcoming leave, and remaining balance for resource planning.
