Oracle introduced a mandate in 25C to move Recruiting capabilities such as requisitions, applications, and extensions to Redwood. From 26A onward, new recruiting functionality is delivered only in Redwood. Oracle has confirmed that Redwood for Recruiting will be functionally complete by 26B.

ORC AI agents introduced through 2026 are designed not only to automate tasks, but to actively support decision-making – coordinating interviews, capturing insights, pre-screening candidates, and identifying where action is needed in the recruiting pipeline.

This represents a move away from recruiters managing systems, toward systems that assist recruiters.
