As a Certified Oracle Professional, I have led the design, implementation, customization, and optimization of enterprise-wide HCM solutions for clients across India, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Mexico, China, and Australia, delivering tangible impact through scalable, future-ready systems.

Currently serving as Chief Projects Officer at Kovaion Consulting, I am responsible for driving large-scale digital transformation projects, establishing project governance frameworks, and ensuring strategic alignment across portfolios. I lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex Oracle Cloud implementations on time and within budget while continuously innovating delivery practices.

I am passionate about building high-performing teams. I have personally mentored and trained numerous consultants developing their technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, and integration tools.
