It engages in personalized conversations, analyzes skills, identifies gaps, and offers customized learning paths. It can even set up 1-on-1 meetings with managers to discuss the development plan. This agent can handle policies across different regions and languages, making it an autonomous, scalable solution for large organizations.

It’s a more direct, responsive, and tailored approach, making career mobility within the organization easier and more accessible for everyone.
