We are often seen as strong when we take on more.
More work.
More responsibility.
More than what is expected.
So we step in.
We take ownership.
We carry things forward.
And over time, we keep adding.
Think of it like a system with too many things running at once.
It doesn’t fail immediately.
It keeps going.
But it slows down.
It loses clarity.
It starts affecting everything around it.
Not because it’s weak
but because it’s doing more than it should.
We are no different.
When we keep holding on to everything,
we don’t become stronger.
We become stretched.
And that’s where clarity matters.
Knowing what is truly yours to carry.
What needs your attention.
And what doesn’t.
Because not everything requires you.
And not everything deserves your energy.
Strength is not in holding on.
It is in knowing what deserves to be carried and what must be released.
