Honoured and humbled to receive the Bronze Award for “Leader of the Year” at the #UKOUG Community Awards 2026.

One of the most inspiring parts of the evening was being surrounded by people shaping the future of technology, innovation, enterprise transformation, & leadership and seeing how strongly the #Oracle community continues to encourage learning, collaboration, and shared success.

The #GenAI category means the most to me personally not because of the award, but because of what it represents.

For #Kovaion, AI is not a separate initiative or isolated capability. We see it becoming part of modern enterprises – embedded into applications, transformation, operations, productivity, user experience, and decision-making.

We strongly believe the future belongs to organisations that make AI part of everyday work, learning, innovation, and problem-solving.

The #Leader of the Year recognition also carries personal meaning. I have always looked up to leaders who inspire others, create opportunities, build trust, and help people grow.

That’s what keeps me going to keep empowering people, showing up for the communities around me, and create meaningful impact through the work we do.

The finalists in this category were genuinely impressive – many have given years of dedication to this industry and community. Congratulations to every finalist and winner.
