When life becomes difficult, our first instinct is usually to escape it.
To distract ourselves.
To stay busy.
To act like we are fine.
To move on quickly before we fully feel the weight of it.
So we avoid it.
But difficult moments don’t disappear just because we look away from them.
They wait.
And sometimes,
the more we avoid them,
the heavier they become.
Life has a way of taking all of us through uncertainty.
Pressure.
Failure.
Disappointment.
Loss.
Moments that quietly test our strength.
And in those phases,
there is often no shortcut around the fire.
You have to walk through it.
Feel it.
Face it.
Sit with it.
Learn from it.
Not because pain is beautiful.
But because avoidance never builds strength.
Endurance does.
And over time,
you realise something important.
The moments you thought would break you
slowly become the moments that build you.
Because real strength is not built in avoidance.
It is built in endurance.
